Episode 08 - Amy and Hunter Cooper

In June of 2017, Hunter Cooper was diagnosed with cancer and was forced to take a year away from middle school to undergo aggressive treatment and recovery. Through the whole process, the Cooper family maintained a steady faith and learned to trust God in new ways. Their journey was a harrowing one, and it is not yet over, but they have discovered extraordinary grace and mercy through the trials. In this episode Hunter and his mother, Amy, sit down with me to share their story.

Episode 04 - Bryan Taylor

Bryan is the best (and only) pharmacist/writer I know. A native Kentuckian, he currently lives in Frankfort, KY, where he doles out prescriptions by day and pursues his dream of writing by night. Bryan was married for five years before his late wife, Kailen, passed away from breast cancer in 2015 at the age of 25. In February 2018, he published a memoir about Kailen and her journey. On this episode, Bryan sits down with me to talk about love, grief, and the beauty found in between.
